LET'S SOLVE WATER
Flygt 2000 series submersible dewatering pumps
The Flygt 2000 series pumps are designed to handle chemically aggressive, mechanically abrasive or highly viscous fluids burdened with particles. Flygt 2000 products are available in lightweight aluminum or corrosion-resistant cast iron.
Flygt 2400
Submersible Dewatering Pump
Decades of proven reliability makes this pump a confident choice for dewatering applications. The dewatering pump is built with excellent wear-resistant materials. Designed to put up with nearly anything our most demanding users will throw at it.
The 2-stage 2400 HT reaches higher heads than any other pump in the 2000 series, yet still has impressive solids handling. This makes it the pump of choice for many mine drainage applications, but the medium-head 2400 MT pump is also a truly versatile dewatering problem solver.
Flygt 2620
Submersible Dewatering pump
The Flygt 2620 pump has new innovations that reduce wear on the impeller and seal. A major reason why the Flygt 2600 series pumps are so much more wear resistant is thanks to their hydraulic design. Xylem's proven expertise in hydraulics has brought us the resulting system. The trademarked design is exclusive and unique to Flygt; they call it the Dura-Spin™ system.
Another selling point fort this hardcore pump is the servicing process. The Flygt 2620 pump was designed with easy service in mind and therefore Flygt has integrated smart feature to take up that goal. An example: when you need to adjust/trim the impeller the impeller sleeve is designed to save time. Another, plug-in seal: standard on the Flygt 2620 pump; the 2600 series were designed for simplicity and durability and they're winners in those sectors.
Flygt Sludge 2630
Submersible Sludge Drainage Pump
Flygt wants to give you a pump that just keeps pumping, no matter what, even in the harshest conditions. The Flygt Sludge 2630 is built on the Flygt 2600 series, these pumps are made for moving sludge and other heavy liquidswithout clogging. These compact solid-handling pumps have a high-chrome vortex impeller that allows for large solids and solids concentrations of about 20% by weight to pass through the system.
Much like it's relatives the Flygt Sludge 2630 has built-in features to make servicing easier, simple and quicker. One example is a plug-in seal to make service easy. The 2600 sludge pumps are made on the same 2600 series drainage pump platform. Therefore many of their components are compatible for each other.
Flygt DS 2730
Submersible Dewatering Pump
An electric-submersible, corrosion-resistant pump; the Flygt DS 2730 is built to handle tough sites with corrosive and/or abrasive liquids which are typical in mines, industrial sites and public utility use cases.
The Flygt 2700 series can handle solids up to 3 inches (80 mm) in diameter, heads of 200 ft (65 m) and flows over 1,800 USGPM (50 l/s). Available in ratings: 3 to 13 HP (2 to 8 kW), these portable drainage pumps are made of SS316 and will handle extreme environments and unpredictable pH variance.
The Flygt BIBO 2800
Submersible Dewatering pump
More than 60 years experience of designing dewatering pumps - and for some of the most demanding sites around the world; Flygt is confident in their Flygt BIBO 2800 series. Flygt boasts another unique pump to the market. Similarly the 2800 series also makes use of hydraulic technologies seen in the 2600 series as well as the same application of the unique Dura-Spin™ system. The BIBO 2800 has a wide base, and has the discharge adjacent to the cooling jacket making the BIBO 2870 pump stable. The top of the pump will give you easy access to the terminal board and an added handle will secure the pump while hanging.
Continuing the easy service principal
The BIBO also extend the same practical servicing features that is seen in the dewatering pump series Flygt 2600. Moreover though, there's slurry pump also build on the same model as the BIBO 2870, meaning less parts in you inventory.
Flygt 3000 series Sewage pumps
Wastewater experts at Flygt developed their most complete range of 1-10 kW pumps. Now available with clog-free patented Adaptive N™ hydraulics, the Flygt 3000 series is made to be trouble-free for wastewater applications. Having invented the world’s first submersible pump in 1947 Flygt wanted to include some of these professional “big pump” features in our small pump range as well.
Flygt N 3085
Submersible Sewage Pump
The Flygt N series uses patented N-technology with a self-cleaning impeller. This series will lower your energy bill and reduce unplanned maintenance costs because Flygt N-pumps deliver the highest total efficiency. Due to the mechanical self-cleaning design, a sludge concentration up to 8% can easily be pumped
Flygt N 3153
Submersible Sewage Pump
The Flygt N series uses patented N-technology with a self-cleaning impeller. This series will lower your energy bill and reduce unplanned maintenance costs because Flygt N-pumps deliver the highest total efficiency. Due to the mechanical self-cleaning design, a sludge concentration up to 8% can easily be pumped
Flygt 5000 series Slurry pumps
This series is designed to easily handle extremely abrasive slurries containing sand, gravel, grit or ash. High quality materials have been used for maximum abrasion resistance. The high chrome alloyed cast iron has been applied to both pump casing, and impeller. The HS 5100 series uses a one-piece pump casing, while the HS 5500 series has a replaceable liner of high chrome alloyed cast iron. The design also contributes to the Heavy-duty character of this series. Consider a unique expeller and pressure isolation chamber to protect the mechanical seals, as one such example.
Flygt 5100
Submersible Slurry Pump
Slurry sumps are problematic because pumps can wear hard and fast. Coupled with the fact that sumps fill up with sediment. Chances are Cantilever pumpsaren't going to cut it. Xylem face this situation too many times and has provided a solution.
The Flygt 5100 slurry pump is that solution. Sticking to an expected maintenance schedule, this Flygt pump can move the coarsest, heaviest slurries and keep sumps solids free.
Flygt 5500
Submersible Slurry Pump
The Flygt 5500 slurry pump series are a bigger, stronger model in the durable 5000 slurry pump series. Xylem is aiming at providing a suitable pump for whatever situation our clients may face. The Flygt 5500 slurry pump series is a solution for big jobs, ideal for the mining and industrial industry. Sticking to an expected maintenance schedule, this Flygt pump can move the coarsest, heaviest slurries and keep sumps solids free.
