Compression fitting Female adaptor

Measured as pipe outer diameter to compression fitting thread. The compression fitting is dismantled and parts are placed relative to assembly onto the pipe (around the pipe in other words).  Then the compression fitting is placed together and twisted, as you twist the components squeeze together creating a tight seal.
